Well there is plastic surgery, but that costs a LOT of money. There is also exercise techniques that improves your bust, which is the most natural way you can go up a cup size. By working on your bust, you create muscles there, which can be a downside, the more you work out the more fat you lose and breasts are all fat... I suggest talking to you family doctor.
