240 songs is what my shuffle holds its a green 1GB, 2nd generation
A 1 GB holds about 250 songs.
A 2 GB Holds about 500
It doesn't hold 3000 songs, not even close. Not even a 8 GB regular Ipod holds that many.
It depends if it is a 1GB or 2GB 1GB can store around 240 songs and 2GB around 500. :)
A 2 megabyte iPod Shuffle could only hold a very small song, or no songs at all.
A 2 gigabyte iPod Shuffle could hold about 500 songs, give or take some.
500+ songs
it can hold a lot of songs but if you have to many songs it could make the shuffle go slower than before you had a lot of songs.
250 songs
-I am not sure about one gig, but my iPod has 60 and it hold around 14000 songs.. hope that helps. -It can hold up to 240 songs, but the new ipod shuffle can hold up to 1,000 songs.
You need to specify which generation your iPod Shuffle is.
ABOUT 230
2GB is enough space to hold about 500 songs.
Up to 2000 songs...depending on the file sizes.
shuffle makes it shuffle your songs and don't replay them and shuffle repeat shuffles the songs and can repeat songs
About 600 I'd say, since there can be about 300 sings on 1G
I think either 100 or 150 because i have an mp3 player with 1.89 gb and it holed about 150 songs. Some mp3 players/ipods hold less or more.
It does that because your ipod is full and can't hold anymore songs it it deletes other songs everytime you add on more song.
The iPod shuffle has 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB versions. According to Apple the 1GB can hold up to of 240 songs, and the 4GB can hold up to 1000 songs. Song capacity is dependent on song length and the quality of encoding. Apple also say "Song capacity is based on 4 minutes per song and 128-Kbps AAC encoding; in 256-Kbps AAC format, song capacity is up to 250 songs (2GB) or 500 songs (4GB).
