I make my own by using a stick blender to mix

250ml cool boiled water

120g oil including a little wheatgerm oil

1 level tsp xanthum gum

2tsp tastless alcohol

10g/3 tsp soya lecithin

makes 375ml, pour into a spray bottle which gas been sterilised.
