All plants are the same because they all need sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to perform photosynthesis. They are also the same because they have to make their own food. All plants are different in some ways because they look different. Some are monocots meaning they have a fibrous root system and parallel veins on their leaves. Others are dicots meaning they have taproot systems and branched out veins on thier leaves.

well plants are all part of the Plantea kingdom. they are categorized in many different ways. to tell if they are similar, you look at their scientific name. the first word is their genus ( the capitalized one ) the second word is their species ( lowercase one ). if the plants are similar they will have the same genus.

Plants are the same in some ways because they all use the sun, other organisms and make sugar for food. They are different because some plants have asexual and others have sexual. Asexual means that they only have one parent and sexual means they have two parents.
