Thats because in that time Mexicans and Americans were enemies and Mexicans hated us so I say everyone who is Mexican should not be able to live anywhere besides Mexico not New Mexico. President Obama is so stupid that he doesn't get it that Mexican people are dangerous. If you have friends that are Mexican stay away from them because sooner or later they will betray you.

Mexico is a large country (ranked 15th largest in the world) with plenty of Natural Resources and lands apt for many kinds of crops. For instance, it is the largest producer of silver and its cultivable area is slightly larger than the whole United Kingdom.

Therefore, many foreign powers sought to acquire such resources for their own benefit; the US robbed Mexico of almost half its territory in pursuit of its Manifest Destiny while France sought to establish a puppet regime in Mexico to prevent the rise of the United States as a world power and to exploit the rich mineral deposits on northern Mexico.
