Firstly the Greek language uses the Greek alphabet and not the Latin one . Secondly, in Greek is used an intonation system. Then, the Greek syntax and grammatical rules are different, more and in some extend more complicated than the English ones, apart from the very basics of course. Finally, as far as pronunciation is concerned, some phonetics of Greek are not found in English.
