That is the correct spelling of the plural noun "sacraments" (Christian rites).
Sacraments are Holy Communion and Holy Baptism. Other Rites include Anointing of the sick, Confession, Confirmation, etc.

Rites? Do you mean Rituals? I don't speak for all Pentecostal Churches but I can tell you that all rituals have a ruler. Rites or rituals are performed for or to someone or something. I personally don't know about your rites but ask yourself are they performed to Jesus? If it's not Jesus, then it's idolatry (per the word). God Bless You!
Presbyterians have only two sacraments: The Lord's Supper and Baptism. Other rites such as marriage, confirmation and ordination are important, but not regarded as sacramental.
