No, I'm afraid to say saber tooth cats (/'tigers') do not have babies every year as they are now extinct. It is difficult to say how they reproduced when they were alive. They are in fact closer to marsupials then modern day cats but it is unlikely they had kangaroo pouches. They probably reproduced like lions and tigers, once a year, but without a flux capacitor you will not be able to find out I'm afraid.
