That's the post-catalytic converter O2 sensor. There are only 3 total O2 sensors (I have a 98 Amigo), bank1, sensors1&2 are on each exhaust manifold, before the cat, and bank2, sensor1 is right after the cat. This is according to Haynes, covering Isuzu Rodeos, Amigos and Honda Passports, 1996-2002, which use OBD-II. -YSA, 05-10-07
