Meal worms are the larvae of the mealworm beetle- the second stage of the growth cycle. Many birds love mealworms so it makes an excellent food to add to your bird feeder.

wax worms have teeth. if your reptile doesn't like to chew its food the worm could kill it. always cut the head off the wax worm
