It was 3,000 pounds and we used 750 pounds of Chocolate Chips, and then mixed that with 500 pounds of butter, 850 pounds of sugar,500 pounds of flour and over 3,500 eggs. We baked 263 sheet pans of brownies and used 250 gallons of frosting (which we had to soften by hand) to glue each brownie together..it was all donated to us by freihofer's
