Well I'm not a dog expert but I know that the size of an English Springer Spaniel can vary a lot. My English Springer is very small and skinny. He's 17 months old so he won't grow much more.My Uncle's English Springers are completely different. One I would say is about average, he's not too fat not too thin and very tall. The other one of my Uncle's Springers is just like a barrel and quite short.So basicly I would say there is no straight forward answer to your question I'm afraid but I hope I've helped.

It depends on it's parent's size. Puppies/ dogs usually take their looks from their father's and their temperment's from their mothers. When you get a puppy, it is a good idea to see the parents, to see what size they would grow to. Roughly, they can grow to be from 45cm to 60cm.
