Course 13 aka Tiny Huge Island's first star mission is Pluck The Pirahnas. To get the star you should first begin the level huge by entering the small painting of the world rather than the large one.
At the star of the level use your long jump to go to a green pipe not to far from you. Enter the pipe to become small.
Stay around this grassy area and look for large pirahnas. Use your punch, jump, ground pound, or slide attack to defeat each one that appears.
After defeating all the pirahnas the star will appear.
