An 11 year old should not be trying to lose weight unless it's for medical reasons and a doctor is following the weightloss
There is no 'fast' way to lose that much weight. It wasn't gained fast, it won't go away fast. You are talking about a year to safely lose that much weight without causing major health problems. Sensible diet and exercise will help a great deal.
1) 100 pounds would be under weight for a 14 year old! 2) there is no(healthy) way to lose weight fast, it happens over time
Yes and no. It depends o the girls body type, and how athletic she is.
No one should lose 10lbs very fast. Especially depending on your current weight. If a 16 year old only needs to lose 10 lbs than it should be done over a 2-3 month time period.
Never try to lose weight fast, otherwise it will return and be harder to lose very quickly. Losing weight is usually a combination of healthy eating and exercise. However, make sure you talk to a doctor first. You don't want to be losing weight if they believe your current weight is healthy.
Yes, anybody can. The question is if it's healthy for that 11 year old to lose weight.
you ar ea couple of pounds hevy but you can lose the weight fast.
I would probably say yes, because I am trying to lose weight for this summer, and my dad told me that it could help you lose weight quick as long as you follow the program and diet. We are also working out in the afternoon and often going to the pool, and I guess there is one more ingredient to fast weight loss.
THERE IS NO GOOD WAY. A 12 year old is TOO YOUNG to lose weight "fast". I assume this is in preparation for some kind of athletic event, and drastic weight loss for a wrestling match or other competition is asking for trouble in an adult, let alone in a growing pre-adolescent. Talk to your doctor for specific advice.
exercise.
I understand your eagerness to lose weight and your keenness is praiseworthy. Well done, you have taken a step in the right direction by asking for help! However, losing weight too fast is not a good idea, for many reasons. Apart from possibly compromising yourself nutritionally, fast weight loss is hard to sustain long term. Attempting to lose weight fast can leave you feeling hungry, frustrated and ready to give up.Moreover, if you lose weight too fast, you are likely to regain the weight just as quickly and possibly more weight than you lost.
