Well It's Not That Hard, Im In 8th and people always told me to focus on school, i laughed.

First You Need To Tell Her You Like Her, If Your A Shy Guy Tell Her On A Networking site like facebook, and before that try to see if she likes you, stare at her and if she looks at you, smile, if she smiles back its a sign she likes you.

If she says Yes, She Likes You Then Say Something Like Could We Take This Slow?

Its Easier to do this in a text of online because you cant see there emotions and they cant see yours, If she won'ts to keep it low, like by not letting people know then do that. when you see her in class act normal, try to look at her and talk to her normal, a relationship where you just say "baby" and "I love you" 90% of the time will get you nowhere, try to take it slow.

Personally, I think that you should initiate conversations with you crush (or who you want as your girlfriend) by using compliments. This lets her know that you are wanting to keep things on the romantic side. Flirting and posture is also good. Also, show that you are treating her differently than other girls.

that other guys look up to (if people look up to you, you must be special)

Well first you pick out a guy you like, but make sure you have things in common. Then, you get to know him and make sure he gets to know you. After that, look for signs that he likes you. Yeah, you can a lot of my friends have them and i have had three so far so i was again just tryin to help you nerds ouyt there who can't. One thing is you could start working out and trying to impress them when they walk by or something. You can also ask your mom. Try to become friends with the person that you like. Find out what she likes. And remember just be yourself. They'll like you a lot more maybe is they know that your not embarrassed of yourself.

Edit: Maybe you should make sure she's allowed to date, and if you figure out she likes you, you could give her a kiss when no one is looking. Oh... Also figure out when her B-day is and get her a gift.
