It is a black plastic screw type fitting with a butterfly style head on it. It's located at the bottom section of the radiator, inside the engine-bay on the passenger (left if sitting inside the vehicle) side of the car - a few inches below the lower radiator hose.
well it depends if it is a newer style 454 or an older one because if its older the computer in your car wont run with it at all, then if its a newer style you will have to get a new computer or have yours reprogrammed.

Yes this is possible since they are both LT1 style engines. Everything will plug in the same but you will need a PCM for the 5.7L or get the original reprogrammed by someone like PCMforless.com to correct the extra fuel needed by the larger engine.
That depends on what type of distributor/ignition you are running. Point style, good rule of thumb is .035. HEI is usually .045.
There is two ways you can do this, one method is fairly secure and keeps your ignition almost stock the other method I would use on a strict race car only as it pretty much bypasses your entire ignition. A) Splice a momentary push button into your ignition switch on your Ignition wire, probably the simplest method and still retains the use of the key for killing the ignition and it still requires the key to start the car. B) Rewire the entire ignition switch to have all your accessories and hot power on a aircraft style switch and install a momentary push button as mentioned above. This will leave you car vulnerable as you will not need a key to start the car.

On my 2002 T&C the fuse box is located under the hood, drivers side ,under a cover marked IPM FUSE & RELAY CENTER open the cover with your fingers. There is a diagram under the cover with location of the fuses . My power outlets have the old style , flat, push pin fuse , yours might be a different style . Also you can make the ignition outlet hot all the time by moving the fuse over one hole . Its marked
