Each state has its own laws about parents and individuals under the legal age of consent. in NY the legal age of consent is 18 but a pregnant individual is usually able to make a decision for themselves. i believe it is illegal for anyone to force a person into either an adoption or abortion.

Parents of a pregnant minor can decide over the minor but not over her fetus. She is the guardian no matter how old she is. She has the same rights as an adult. This applies to all states.

The youngest age of consent is 16, some states have 17 or 18. The 14-year-old is the one deciding whether she wants to have a child or not but apart from deciding about her child, she does not have any additional rights just because she is pregnant. She still is a minor and have to do what her parents tell her.
