If you initiate a kiss after you decidedly get a message that the guy does not want to be kissed, then you are committing sexual harassment. On the other hand, if you have reason to believe the guy likes to be kissed by girls (assuming you are a girl that is) it's pretty easy. If he's standing up, stand 6 inches away from him, put both arms round his neck, and pull his face to yours. Do it slowly because a, it is more sexy that way, and b, it gives him a chance to stop you if he really does not want you to kiss him for any reason. If he stops you, that's his right and you have to accept that and decide what you want to do with the relationship from then on.
