Hmmmm, surely we all have emotions. Some people are better at hiding them, or controlling what others see. I think very few don't have perceptable emotions and they are probably in maximum security prisons..... I see your point though, if your emotions were imperceptible you might be seen as godlike....

from what i understand no you can not purchase a car from a dealership with out a license. you could buy a car from a owner/seller. but will not be able to get it legal. ins and tabs == even if they could sell it to you without a license, theyre not going to let you test drive it without one. and who buys a car without test driving it?
