There is acctually no way for an 11 year old to create a Facebook account. if you are making the account, you'll see that you can't make it until you put your full birthdate. If you are born in a year that makes you less than 13 years old, you can't make the account. The only way to is if you put a fake birthdate, and that's wrong and against the law. So basically, there is no way for an 11 year old to create a Facebook account.
