Either by having a reversal, or by IVF and implantation.
getting your fallopian tubes tied is a medical procedure in which they tie off a womens fallopian tubes (where the egg gets released through into the womb) so she can not concieve (get pregnant).
It is unlikely that vacuming would have any affect on a tubal ligation. Generally they cut and tie the tubes, cut and clamp the tubes, band the tubes, or cauterize the tubes. You are more likely to affect the stitches on the outside (ie. C-Section) than the ones on the inside.
I do believe you don't. That is something a doctor needs to do.
The two main methods are 'cut and tie' or a 'hysterectomy'. In the 'cut & tie' method, a small incision is made over the area of each fallopian tube. The surgeon exposes and cuts each tube, tying each end so that they cannot reconnect. The 'hysterectomy' method involves the total removal of all pars of the female reproductive system - including womb, ovaries and fallopian tubes.
Not really. Tubal ligation is a surgical procedure. A 'ring' is not applied, rather a surgical tie.
No they just cut it and tie it
It will be hard to have kids. You will have to get some surgery to replace em.

No......
If you are referring to reproductive sterilization, the official name for this process in a female is "tubal ligation." Where the Fallopian tubes, the site where sperm fertilizes eggs, are clipped and tied off as a more permanent method of birth control.
As far as I am aware, my doctor told me that you have to be at least 21 years old to get your tubes tied.
It's unlikely that you're pregnant, however it may be best to take a pregnancy test, just to check. If symptoms continue but you turn out not to be pregnant, you should see you doctor (to rule out cervical/ovarian cancers or cysts).
Cut diagonal from the sides of the tie.

where you cut the sides of a shirt and tie the things that you cut together. :)
absolutely possible.
