It depends.
Right now, I have a small cut on the left side of my forehead, and I am using my bangs to cover it up until it heals. No matter what, DO NOT PUT MAKE UP OVER THE WOUND! It can lead to infection, and it is a lot harder to cover up an infected wound.
The best things to do are to put a band-aid over it and then, if you have any liquid foundation, put it over the band-aid and your face.
First you should clean the cuts with warm water and soap and use aftershave. To actually cover up the cut, use makeup and then use toilet paper to take off any excess makeup. Using the toilet paper also helps blend it in.
Hiding cuts depends on the length, depth and location of the cuts. Wearing clothing to cover the cuts as well as a make up concealer are both good options.

it is not "bad for you" but shaving cream makes your hair stand up so it shaves easier, also if you don't use shaving cream it will cause more cuts and if you use shaving cream it moisturizes your skin!i am sure there are more reasons but those are the first i thought of
sometimes you can get cuts or rashes

Skin irritation is the biggest problem. It can result in more nicks and cuts than normal.
You need a protective clothing that is light to cover the self harm cuts when it is hot.
Wear clothing with sleeves long enough to cover it.
my opinion is to stop cutting and y wont have to cover it up but ive been there many times with cuts on my wrist but wat i did to cover them is nothing people dont really look at ur wrist just keep there eyes on everthing other than ur wrists
Aftershave will stop any cuts or nicks you get from shaving from getting a slight infection. Some have things in them kind of like a moisturiser to help soften up the skin from that stiff feel you can get after shaving. And of course it can make your skin smell nice :) there are fragrance free ones though.
It depends on if you're a man or a woman. Women now have razors that include soaps or other ingredients to help make shaving smoother and causes less cuts. There are also shaving creams for both men and women that do the trick.
sometimes the razors was pressed to hard or to dull to use.
