Regular exercise and drinking plenty of water will help but the most important thing to focus on what you eat. I lost 16kg in 2 months by cutting out all processed carbs (bread, pasta, cookies etc) and cut out dairy. I didn't eat chocolate or anything processed and avoided bad fats. I ate fresh vegetables, fresh (not canned) fruit, raw nuts and most importantly I ate plenty if GOOD protein, mostly chicken and fish but red meat us important too. As natural as possible is the key. Inflammation dissapears when you cut those bad processed carbs out and you lose the addictive feeling to keep eating. Eating fruit and veges will give you incredible energy and your body will use its fat stores for energy.
