u go to mr backlots mansion south of hearthome city and there is a room with one maid walking up and down the room and another maid standing outside the door.you go into the room and on the other side of the table where mr backlot and his butler will be sanding will be a book,u go to the book and press A and then it`ll say something about manaphy and the picture will come up and then manaphy is on you`re pokedex simple.

∙ 11y agoYou go to the pokemon mansion, and once you enter the mansion, you go to the right hallway. Go into the door and there will be two men, and a policeman. Behind the younger man is a book. Go up to it and read it, then it will add Manaphy's information to the pokedex.
