through impeachment.
It is possible for a US President to be removed from office by the Congress, using a complicated procedure designed to prevent a president from being removed just because he is unpopular , but because he is evil or truly incompetent. The process starts with an impeachment bill in the lower House that defines the charges against the president. The Senate then must hold a trial based on the charges and act as jury with a 2/3 vote necessary to convict.

Yes. The President can be temporarily removed if he is judged unfit to carry out his duties by the cabinet and the Congress. He can permanently be removed by Congress through the impeachment process for committing high crimes and misdemeanors.

How can the president lose his or he job before election time?

He can die or resign. Besides that there is a process given in the US Constitution for removing an unsatisfactory president. It begins with the House passing what is known as a bill of impeachment which specifies the charges against the president. This forces the Senate to conduct a trial based on the charges. Two-thirds of the Senate must agree on the guilt of the president in order to convict and remove him from office.
