Biodiesel can be made from used cooking oils, as well as any oil from oilseed plants. By mixing the oil with a caustic substance dissolved in alcohol, the fuel is separated from glycerin and waste products. Glycerin can be used to make soaps. Biodiesel is a renewable energy source.

Well it's flammable so I imagine it can be used in much the same way as other fuels.....but I'm not sure
