ALSO TELL SOMEONE TO HIDE THE FLOUR FROM YOU AND BUY ALOT OF JUNK FOOD (JUNK FOOD MIGHT NOT BE HEALTHY BUT ITS BETTER THEN EATING FLOUR.) FOR EXAMPLE CHIPS, POPSICLES, SODA, CANDY OR WHATEVER YOU MIGHT LIKE.i HOPE THIS HELPED.
