If you mean Shelgon, you need to catch a Bagon and train it to Shelgon. To catch a bagon go to Meteor falls us waterfall (Which it is in the north) Then go to the place where u find dragon claw, in that same spot apears bagon, golbat,etc. If your lucky u may fin a bagon with dragon scale attached to it!

1st of all) It's Shelgon, not Sheldon

To get a Shelgon you have to get a Bagon from either trading with Pokemon Pearl/Platinum (Route 210 North with the PokeRadar) or in the Safari Zone in the Swamp Region after placing 9 Forest-themed blocks and 19 Rocky-themed blocks and the passing of 110 days
