You can catch a snowrunt in the Shoal cave near mossdeep. In the shoal cave, there is a an ice room. You can only enter it when it is low tide. Low tide is between 3pm to 9pm acorrding to your gameboy time.

∙ 12y agoSnorunt* is not in Pokemon HeartGold. The only way to get it to your game would be to migrate it from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald. Or on the Poke-Walker there is a place called Icy Mountain Road, in which you can run into a Snorunt.
