you can't.
Save it as a .exe file. (To do that go to the file menu and click save as executable)

Game Maker 7 is an application itself and should be opened in Windows. If it does not work then try adding '.exe' to the end of the file name.
I'm not sure what you mean... .lnk is type of file which directs to a .exe file. If you do not have .exe file still have .lnk file you can't start the program. If you have .exe file but you do not have .lnk file pointing to it you still can run the program but you will have to locate the .exe file manually.
If you want people to be able to edit it upload the source code (*.gmk or *.gm81). If you want people to not edit your game or engine upload it as an executable (*.exe).

Executables (even compiled by Game Maker) are not possible to edit in Game Maker. To edit it you would have to decompile or disassemble it, or use a hex editor. Game Maker can only edit files such as *.gmk, *.gm81 and older versions of the Game Maker files.
Windows Movie Maker will never be able to run on any Apple products. You can't run Windows programs designed for Windows on a Mac. This is because their executable file formats are so different. A Windows executable file is a .exe an executable file for a Mac is a .dmg. Movie Maker is a .exe.
use face maker 3.1 you can call upon the exe from your game and make it save the image to a folder then your game can locate the file in the folder. it takes a considerable amount of code though.....................
You can't convert an exe file to a txt file.
