How can you change hair type from short wavy hair to straight hair which will look good on a teen boy?

OK. There is no way to "change wavy hair to straight". But there are things that you can do and styles you can try to avoid ultra wavy hair: FOR A BOY TRY............

1. (do) supershort buzz cut. 2. (do) sholder-length, angled (only works on semi-way, not curly) 3. (do) gell shortish hair up 4. don't think about it so much, and it sholdn't bother you----you're a boy, for god sakes!!! stop thinking so much a bout your hair! NEVER TRY!!!.......... 1. (don't) medium length hair-just above ears--it will supercurl and make you look like a clown! 2. (don't) gell long hair if its curly--it will make you look like an old-fashioned nerd! 3. (don't) bowl cut-t--tottally ugly to girls!

You can actually get your hair permanently straightened at some hairdressers, but it can cost alot, and you have to get it done regularly to keep the straightness in.

You can also purchase an inexpensive flat iron and use it to temporarily straighten your hair. ... I AGREE YOU CAN ALSO GET A PERM AND THEN JUST PUT IT ON AND KEEP COBMING THE HAIR THROUGH THIS WAY IS AN INEXPENSIVE WAY... HOWEVER IT SHOULD BE SAID THAT IF HAIR DOES BE PERMANANTLY STRAIGHTENED YOU HAVE A RISK OF IT FALLING OUT OR EVEN IT NOT GOING RIGHT YOUR BEST BET IS TO JUST LEAVE IT THE WAY IT IS AND DO A DIFFERENT STYLE.
