How do you get the Shield of Arav quest completed?

You will need two people to do this. One person must become part of the black arms gang. to do this you must do what charlie the tramp (located in southern varrock) tells you to do. He tells you to steal two phoenix crossbows, but i just went to the ge and said buying phoenix crossbows and got two. The other must talk to baraek in front of the varrock castle. he tells you how to become part of the phoenix gang. Then you must find the half of the shield, located in the gangs. You and your partner go to the museum, located in varrock, and give the curator the half of the shield and he gives you two halves of the certificates. Trade one of them to your partner, and he'll trade you one back. You will be able to connect the certificates, then you must take it to the king Roald, located in the beginning of the varrock castle.

You can do this by becoming a member of the black arm gang then getting a weapon store key then you should know what to do next.

It depends on where you start so if you start with The Phoenix Gang , then you should find another player that's not part of the Black Arm Gang YET and tell them to try and get the other half of the shield for you while you get the half of the shield from the chest in the black arm gang's hideout.Trade the key(Weapon store room key) with that player you found and tell them to defeat the person inside the room and grab the crossbows.
