Although I am sure it isn't funny to you, thank you so much for a good laugh I really needed today! How do you know her panties aren't going up her butt? Perhaps it's the brand she is wearing. You can get those Jr., panties for bed wetters that look like real pants and they won't slip up her butt. I even notice that different brands of panties (on myself) can do this and I'm slim. Perhaps when she walks or plays they do. Try the Jr. panties for bed wetters (but whatever you do, don't let her know what they are used for) and you might just get rid of your problem.
