A female shih tzu is better, that's why they always cost more than male. Females can get pregnant and have babies that you an sell... males don't have babies.

∙ 8y agoThey are about the same. If you don't neuter, males will sometimes lift their leg even in the house. The cost for neutering is more for female puppies and you should do that for either one.
