It is totally dependant on whether the onboard computer is programmed to be required to reboot? If so, most likely not by a layperson. If not, and you know how to reverse engineer the electrical, it may be possible to bypass the kill switch.
To disable a kill switch the wiring would have to be modified to bypass the switch. This is not advisable as the switch is a safety feature.

if you are referring to the ignitian kill switch that automatically engages when you lock the door. If you place your key on the door and "unlock " the door three ties it should disable the kill switch

You pull out the kill switch and find the wires conecting it, you may not have to pull it out, just find the connecting wires and then with a tool cut the red wire ONLY THE RED WIRE other wise the alarm will go off, then your fine, and put it back in
