∙ 12y agoOkay well the best way I find to insert a tampon is to put one leg up on the toilet seat and the other on the ground. Then kind of squat a bit. Then unwrap your tampon and hold onto the bottom of it. slowly but carefully push it up your vigina. don't go further then you have too. you want to make sure it doesn't hurt while walking around. If you can do that then maybe get your mum to insert one on you to start of with. that's what my mum done to me when I was having trouble. but then I got used to it. ∙ 8y agoIf you have no arms it's very unlikely that you'd be able to insert tampons by yourself. Tampons do require some skill to insert even with an applicator if you have no arms, even if you can use your feet it's unlikely you can bend that way or insert a tampon. You would likely use pads or have someone insert tampons for you if you need to use them.
