Here are reasons WHY you faint:

Lack of sleep

Epileptic (lack of iron in your body)

Illness

Exhaustion

Lack of oxygen

Body temperature too high

Here is HOW you faint:

1. Crouch down with your knees up against your chest.

2. Take 20 VERY deep breaths, without talking or laughing.

3. Stand up, and hold your breath.

4. Stare at something in the distance, still holding your breath, without talking or laughing.

5. Soon you will wake up on the floor.

HOW you faint with two people (probably safer, as you have someone with you).

1. Crouch on the floor with your knees against your chest.

2. Pant very hard, for about a minute, without talking or laughing.

3. Stand up, hold your breath, and cross your arms across your chest.

4. Get your friend to push hard against your arms. Still hold your breath.

5. This cuts off your breathing, so you will faint.

NOTE (1): You might want to do the second one up against the wall, so you fall down the wall. You might also want your friend to catch you. The link below shows someone fainting on purpose using the second run through.

NOTE (2): Be careful, because this cuts of the breath in your body. Once or twice is OK, but if you do it too much, it's really not good for your body, as lack of oxygen to the brain isn't the wisest idea in the world. Also make sure you faint where you're not going to crack your head open or something.

Fainting is pretty common in teens. The good news is that most of the time it's not a sign of something serious.

When someone faints, it's usually because changes in the nervous system and circulatory system

circulatory system

cause a temporary drop in the amount of blood reaching the brain. When the blood supply to the brain is decreased, a person loses consciousness and falls over. After lying down, a person's head is at the same level as the heart, which helps restore blood flow to the brain. So the person usually recovers after a minute or two.
