At the end of your CBR there should be a list of the names and addresses (sometimes phone number) of all creditors involved in your CBR. Most of the time they can be contacted that way. If they have no phone number I would reccommend taking the info you do have and searching the web.

I searched online through google to find phone numbers and addresses, contacted the company, then they gave me the number to the debt collector whom i called and made a payment plan with and paid off my debt. Then to remove it from your credit is very simple you log onto experian.com or equifax.com and you can request a free credit report! You get one free credit report a year!
