Generally, for someone to have you on their contact list, they have to send you a contact request, which you would then have to approve. So the only people that have you on their contact list are people whose contact requests you have approved.

∙ 14y agoIn your Skype window, there is a button that says, "New". If you click that, there is a drop down menu that has "New Contact" or "New Group Conversation". Click "New Contact" and a new window will open. Type in someones name, Skype username, or e-mail address and click find. Once you find the person, you can click a button and request to be their contact.
