∙ 14y agoMy ipod is absolutely frozen. I've tried the "toggle hold switch on and off, hold menu and centre buttons and wait for the apple logo" tactic but the Apple logo never appears. I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes. I restarted my computer. I have pressed the "Reset ipod" button in iTunes. Nothing works. HELP!

∙ 13y agoFirst push the center button and the menu button at the same time for approx. 10 seconds until an apple icon comes up. Then let go and push the center button and the play/pause button until your screen pops up which also takes approx. 10 seconds. Good as new!

∙ 14y agoIt depends. If you bring it to the right repairman and it is not in that bad of a condition, it is most-likely to be fixed. If it is very cracked and obviously looks completely broke, do not even attempt to try to get it refurbished.
