In your home town of Ringtown, there is the Grassland Challenge. Enter yourself in it. You will find that if you capture certain ammounts of One Pokemon, others will appear. This is the key to encountering a Slowpoke. Capture two Abra. Only then will you see wayward Slowpoke wondering around.

∙ 9y agoIn Pokemon Leaf Green, Slowbro can be encountered in a few ways. It may be found while Surfing in Cerulean Cave and Berry Forest. It may be seen walking or surfing in the Seafoam Islands and Cape Brink. It may also be caught off of Cinnabar Island if the player uses the Super Rod.
