go to the old gatue and save the game. turn of the d.s. then turn it back on and tap the screen to continue,then tap on the picture of a d.s. at the bottom of the screen and u will come up with another menue.tap on the clock and change the time to 24:00 then go back onto the game and go upsairs to the the second room to the end on your left there will be a t.v. in there, go up to the t.v. andpress a then it will say, there is something inside the t.v. .it seems like it wants to get out, thump the t.v.,then press yes and rotom will apear. :-p

you must beat the Pokemon league in diamond/pearl/platinum and get the national dex . you know the creepy house in eterna forest? go in it. the television will be acting strange. i woner why? well, actually i know why 'cause i have rotom ! press 'a' at it.

There is a lady on route 18. She will ask if you have a ditto. Then she asks if you will trade your ditto for a rotom.

The rotom is level 60 and it knows substitute, electro ball, hex, and charge
