A bankruptcy can only be deleted by disputing it to the credit bureaus. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the credit bureaus have 30 days to verify the listing or it must removed from your credit report. This will delete it from your court records only your credit report.

No, it will remain on the report until the expiration date for whatever type judgment it might be. Generally judgments are expunged from a CR after seven years. The entry should be noted as having been "included in bankruptcy".

Chrysler filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 20th, 2009, which means they became bankrupt but they had a second chance. My guess is that they deleted the game because of that. This may not be entirely true. It's just my assumption. Chrysler never announced why they deleted it.

Yes, a Bankruptcy is one of the most damaging accounts which can show up on a credit report. The good news is that after 2 years, the account doesn't impact your credit score as much. Once it is deleted, your credit score is improved.

You can't. When it is deleted it is deleted forever.

If they are valid debts, there seems little point in argument. However, any discrepancies found in a bankruptcy filing, regardless if they seem insignificant need to be resolved.

If you file bankruptcy, you file bankruptcy on everything. You can not file bankruptcy on one loan.

You can contact the office of the bankruptcy attorney who is responsible for filing and managing the bankruptcy case. The bankruptcy court will automatically send the bankruptcy attorney copies of the bankruptcy paperwork. In most situations the bankruptcy attorney or the office paralegals will be able to tell you the date of bankruptcy in person or via telephone. Visit the United States Bankruptcy Court Federal Record Retrieval website. Once at the website, enter your name at the time of filing for bankruptcy, the state where the bankruptcy was filed, and the year you believe the case was filed. Then you will get the full details of your date of the bankruptcy.
