Whenever I want a good nights sleep, I drink a cup of warm (not too hot!) milk like 15 minutes before going to bed. I've heard about it somewhere, tried it, and it worked! I even tend to dream more now.

- Try to relax and let go as much as possible before you sleep; you should be calm, not stressed, if you want a good nights sleep
The most common reason for not sleeping very well is the pillow or bed. Often, when people a positioned comfortably in bed where they are supported in the right places, they get a better sleep then they would normally.
