Drink lots of water and get a lot of vitamin C. Any type of cold medicine will do and you know how you always see people with colds eating soup? This is to actually relive sinuses and clear you nose by the hot temperatures. This does not actually do anything by eating it though.

One way is too drink lots of water. Also take Vitamin C supplements. Take a small dose of Vitamin D, the Vitamin D helps your body absorb the Vitamin C.
