How can you get the part number for a 1990 Ford Thunderbird's turn signal relay or flasher?

The part number is E80B-13350-AA. It is a very difficult sucker to find I had a tough time finding it. It is underneath the dash above the gas pedal, it is black. Here is a link that can give you a photo of what to look for. . http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/mak,Ford,1990
