STOP EATING if you are eating more then 3 meals a day your eating too much. If your afraid of starving to death then eat healthier more filling foods.
You don't loose weight by skipping meals, because your body thinks that you are starving so it SAVES the fat, so if you want to loose weight, go exersise and CUT BACK on food, not go without it.

By "get skinny" you mean loose 34 pounds, I do not recoment for you to stop eating because even though you may get skinny, you will look unhealthy and it is bad for your internal organs. I imagine 2-3 weeks of no eating would make one loose that much weight. Starvation will back fire on you . The best way to see the weight drop off of you is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day of healthy foods. The frequent small meals speeds up your metabolism and you lose weight. When you starve yourself your metabolism slows down and you will gain weight. This is the bodies way to protect itself and conservere energy for survival. I saw this happen with me. It is very likely and possible. An intense fear of gaining weight and a habit of skipping meals is a common sign of anorexia, and the purging (throwing up) after meals is also a sign of another eating disorder known as bulimia.

It depends on your purspose and what you are free to do. When I joined the Army I started hetting more than regular exercise and eating three high calorie square meals a day. In four months I gained almost twenty five pounds of muscle. This was without weight traing, just calisthenics and running. I imagine if you started to have bigger more nutritious meals and alternate lifting weights and running you could buff up quite a bit. It all depends on if you want be a body builder or just buff.
