Yes; I'm running from one with three OSes installed, if you don't count my extra copy of an old version of Linux for backup.
What you want to do is shrink your main partition (Google this if you don't know what I'm talking about, messing this up can wreck your computer) so that you have enough space for another OS in your new free space. Make that into either a logical partition for Linux or a Primary (I think, google this) for Windows. Install your new OS right onto this happy new partition.
Again, google will answer all your heart desires.
