A) KNOW THAT THIS (rapidly losing excessive weight) IS NOT HEALTHY.

B) The average person should eat 2000 calories per day. If you want to lose weight, just excersice (jog a mile), make healthy choices ("Maybe I can walk there..."), and eat a bit less than that (don't eat that extra roll).

C) DO NOT GO OVERBOARD. Being anorexic is just as bad as being overweight, and its bad results can be fatal and in the near future.

um... idk y u would want to...thats a bad diet thing...but, you can run!!!!!!!!!!!! doing constant exercise for the whole day mite do it...notice i said mite... you should probably talk to a doctor about how...and again...if its a dietr srateguy...DO NOT DO IT BEFORE TALKING TO A DOC IF YOU DO IT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Walk briskly on an inclined treadmill. 3.8 mph with an incline of about 5 degrees will get you right about 1000 an hour.

I do 4.0 mph with an incline of 9.0 to 10.0 degrees and get about 1650 an hour.

Before counting calories, abandon junk food and sweetened drinks (of all kinds) completely.

Eat 3 small-portioned meals/day; do not skip breakfast; and avoid snacks. Have plenty of vegetables. Get moderate aerobic exercise.

Then you can count calories.
