Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. Eat lean foods, worry more about your diet than exercise.Dont get me wrong you have to exercise also, but the dieting part is a little more important.

Answeri do 600 crunches a day.50 push ups.100 sit ups.and added in my own special hints of exercise and I've lost 15 pounds in a month!i also do this every day and watch what i eat.
